Hypnosis Research 2025: What studies show us

As we rapidly approach the new year, we can see how quickly the field of hypnosis is changing. What was once mainly seen as something “extra” is now increasingly supported by neuroscientific and clinical research. In this newsletter, we will take you through a number of developments from 2025 and show you how you, as a (future) hypnotherapist, can work with them in a concrete way.
